  1. Make sure you're not connected to campus wifi.  If you're trying it on campus, please use a hotspot.

  2. Launch the GlobalProtect app by clicking the system tray icon. The status panel opens.

  3. Log in to GlobalProtect.
  4. Enter the IP address of the portal 209.174.94.2 and then click 

    Connect.

  5. Enter your Username and Password, and then click Sign In .

  6. You will be prompted to authenticate yourself. in O365.  Use your email address, network/email password and verify yourself by text or call.

  7. If authentication is successful, you are connected to your corporate network, and the status panel displays Connected.

 

Your Username and Password are case sensitive.
