The default voicemail PIN is 159357

 

Voicemail PIN requirements:

• Must contain 6-30 digits

 

• Must not contain the following

 

•  repeated patterns
• last 10 Voicemail PINs
• the reverse of your old PIN
• your phone number or extension
• the same digit 3 times in a row
• 3 ascending digits or 3 descending digits
•  the reverse of your phone number or extension

 

Lock yourself out?

• You can manually unlock yourself by going to settings.webex.com and sign in with your email.

 

 

• Go to settings on the left > Calling > Voicemail > Reset voicemail PIN

• Follow the PIN Password requirements.
• Enter your new PIN
• Click Save

 

 

How to change your Voice Greeting

 

1. Press the  button
2. Enter password
3. Asks for call options > select '1' to listen to Voicemails
4. Choose '2' or '3' to select setting up a new greeting
   1. Option 2 will change busy greeting
   2. Option 3 for no answer greeting
      1. Press 1 to record your No Answer Greeting
