Occasionally, since we are on SASS, we will see new phone features roll out that are not in our control.

One such instance is the SEIZED message showing on phones.

If your line on your phone is on another line somewhere, and that line is picked up and used, or left off the hook, it will show Seized.

It is not cause for concern and hopefully is a bug that will be fixed with a firmware update from WebEx Calling.
