Transfer a Call: (updated from original handout)

If you need to transfer a call when you have the call please follow the following setups. When you are actively talking to the caller you have two options to transfer a call.  

1. Option 1: When speaking with your caller press the to start the transfer proces.
   1. Dial the phone number or extension you wish to transfer the caller too. 
   2. Then press the "green" transfer button on the display to finish transferring the call.

3. Option 2: When speaking with your caller press the Transfer button that is located in the same location on your phones display.
   1. Next dial the extension or phone number you wish to transfer the call too.
   2. Then press the same transfer button to complete the transfer.
