Connecting to Projector via USB-C/Laptop

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Turn on the desktop computer or restart it if it was already on.                    

 

  1. Turn on your laptop,

 

  1. Turn on the projector by pressing the On button make sure that the light is on for PC on the Extron device.

 

 

  1. Once the projector is fully on, disconnect the USB-C cable from the desktop and connect the USB-C to your laptop. (Please reconnect it once done using the projector.) The Projector will now display your laptop. If not please see steps below.

 

  1. A pop-up on the desktop monitor may appear and will say, "Do you want to switch to a USB-C connection? Press ok."

 

 

  1. You would then use the middle circle button on the monitor's rear to press ok.

 

 

  1. This will switch the source to USB-C.

 

  1. Then, the projector will switch to your laptop.
