How to change your ringtone on your Cisco Phone. Models (6851 & 6871)

Change ringtone

1. Click the Settings (Gear icon) button on your phone (left side of the Navigation pad).

2. Use the Navigation button or choose #3 User preferences.

3. Use the Navigation pad to scroll to select or choose #5 Ringtone.

4. If your phone has multiple lines, select a line and press Select.

5. Highlight a ringtone.
6. Press Play to play the sample ringtone.

7. Press Set to apply the ringtone.
