How to Reconnect a Dymo Printer

 

 

 

Issue:
Dymo printer lost connection to the computer.

 

 

 

Resolution Steps:

  1. Unplug the Printer:
    • Disconnect both the power cable and the USB cable from the printer.
  2. Discharge Remaining Power:
    • Wait about 10–15 seconds to allow any residual power to discharge completely.
    • Or press the power button till the light turns off.
  3. Reconnect the Printer:
    • Plug the power cable and USB cable back into the printer and the computer.
  4. Verify Connection:
    • Confirm that the printer is recognized by the computer and is ready to print.

 

 

Result:
The printer successfully reconnected and was operational.
