Using the USB-C Option. 5

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Power on your laptop.

 

2. Bring down Screen.

• Press the Down button Image below.

3. Connect the HDMI cable:
   • Use the HDMI cable from the image below and connect it to your laptop.

 

 

 

4. Connect the audio cable:
   • Unplug the USB cable labeled "audio" from the front of the computer.
   • Connect this USB cable to your laptop.

5. Turn on the Extron device:
   • Press the "On" button on the Extron device shown in the picture below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Switch the source:
   • Once the projector is fully powered on, press the button labeled "Doc Camera" on the Extron device. This will switch the source to your laptop and display it on the projector.

 

 

 

 

1. Power on your laptop.

 

2. Bring down Screen.

• Press the Down button Image below.

3. Power on the projector:
   • Press the "On" button on the projector.

 

• • Ensure that the "PC" light is illuminated on the Extron device.

4. Connect the USB-C cable:
   • Disconnect the USB-C cable from the desktop.

• • Connect the USB-C cable to your laptop. (Reconnect it to the desktop once you are done using the projector.)

 

5. Projector display:
   • The projector should now display your laptop screen. If it does not:

 

6. Switch to USB-C:
   • Look for a pop-up on the desktop monitor that says, "Do you want to switch to a USB-C connection? Press OK."

 

 

 

 

• • Press "OK" using the middle circle button on the rear of the monitor.

• • The projector will switch to your laptop display.
